Cancellations and Returns

Returns

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of editions and original artworks, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, I do not accept returns on any purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact studio@niallconlonartist.com within 48 hours of purchasing. I cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however I will do my best to support you.

Damages

My orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care so you receive your order in perfect condition. On the rare occasion,  your order may have been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team studio@niallconlonartist.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.

1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email)

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box
